Cytometry by time-of-flight (CyTOF ®), also known as mass cytometry, is a technique that uses antibodies conjugated to heavy metals for multiplexed single-cell analysis. Compared to fluorophores, heavy metal isotopes have low spectral overlap, which allows for the simultaneous detection of over 40 different antigens. Leinco Technologies offers purified antibodies in a variety of reactivity species, including human, mouse, and rat, that are ready for metal conjugation using established metal labeling kits. Our CyTOF-ready antibodies are free from BSA and other carrier proteins that interfere with metal conjugation.
